B.M.U.D. Basnayake appointed new Defence Secretary

Former Secretary of the Environment and Sustainable Energy Ministry B.M.U.D. Basnayake has been appointed as the new Secretary to the Ministry of Defence.
Bansanayake, a member of the Sri Lanka Administrative Service, replaces former Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa.
