Motorcyclist killed in Kajugama crash

An individual died on the spot when a motorbike he was traveling in collided with a lorry near Kajugama along the Colombo-Kandy road, the police said. The accident occurred on Saturday (04) at around 10.00 pm.
The police have identified the deceased as a 33-year old person who was a resident of Pasyala.
The body of the deceased has been deposited at the Wathupitiwala Base hospital’s mortuary pending autopsy.
The lorry driver has been taken into custody following the accident.
