Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) member Sumith Lal Mendis took oath as the Western Provincial Council Minister for Health, Child, Probation, and Women’s Affairs.


Lal Mendis took oath before President Maithripala Sirisena this afternoon (08).
