Former Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa today said that the present rulers of the country may also be in hot water in future, as it happened to them.

The observation was made while responding to the media personnel after arriving at the Presidential Commission of Inquiry (CoI) this afternoon.

“I’m not disappointed. It is the nature here, after serving the country we have to face allegations as well,” he added.

He went on to say the present leaders may have to face even tough allegations in future as well.
