Niluka Ekanayake sworn in as CP Governor

Niluka Ekanayake was sworn in as the 10th Governor of the Central Province before President Maithripala Sirisena, a short while ago. 

Ekanayake, an Astrologer and former Subasetha Consultant Editor, will fill the position left vacant due to the demise of Surangani Ellawala.

The former Central Province Governor passed away on March 14 in Kandy at the of 76.
