A motion of no-confidence was handed over against Megapolis and Western Development Minister Patali Champika Ranawaka by the Joint Opposition today (05).

Over 42 opposition MPs have signed for the motion, Ada Derana reporter said.

The motion of no-confidence was submitted to the Speaker as the Minister is allegedly trying to evade the law in connection with the accident that left two youths injured in Rajagiriya, the Joint Opposition announced.
