Mohammed Muzammil arrested by FCID

Media Spokesman of the NFF, Mohammed Muzammil, has been arrested by the Financial Crime Investigation Division (FCID) a short while ago on Monday.


Mohammed Muzammil was arrested as he arrived at the FCID to give a statement, the police said.


The NFF Media Spokesman was arrested in connection with an investigation on the misuse of vehicles belonging to the Presidential Secretariat Office.


NFF leader Wimal Weerawansa is currently abroad on a visit to Japan.
