Govt. robs people’s money in broad daylight - Aluthgamage

The government ‘robs’ people’s money in ‘broad daylight’, Joint Opposition MP Mahindananda Aluthgamage says.

He expressed this view while speaking at a press conference held in Colombo this afternoon (16).

“The CBSL bond scam and move to get luxury vehicles released from the custom are among them,” Aluthgamage said.

He also went on to say it was several MPs with the Yahapalana government who leaked information leading to fraudulent activities of ten pro-government politicians.

“The Budget 2017 was totally based on proposals made by the UNP,” he added.
