Singer Roy Peiris passes away

Popular Sri Lankan singer Roy Peiris has passed away at the age of 54.

He reportedly passed away due to a sudden heart attack after being admitted to the Negombo Hospital this morning (21).

Peiris is known for his songs such as ‘Ma Dase Wedana’ and ‘Oba Nasu Kathawak’.
