Keith Noyahr assault case: identification parade on March 3

The Mount Lavinia Magistrate’s Court has ordered that the suspects arrested in connection with the abduction and assault on journalist Keith Noyahr be produced at an identification parade on March 03. 

Additional Magistrate Lochana Abeywickrama also stated that the presence of Mr Noyahr on the aforementioned date was compulsory as another identification parade will not be held. 

Three army personnel arrested b the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) in connection with the incident were produced at court when the case was taken up today (23).

They were ordered remanded till March 03 by the magistrate’s court, Ada Derana reporter said.
