Train delays between Fort and Maradana

March 27, 2017   07:30 am

The railway controls division has confirmed that there will be delays in the train service running between Colombo Fort and Maradana.

The delay had been caused due to the de- railing of a train travelling in from Thalaiman, while on its way to the Colombo Fort.

The de-railed train had been set back on its tracks, and had been sent away.

However the incident had damaged the railway tracks, which are currently under construction.
