Six arrested with 18 kg of cannabis in Thanamalwila

Six suspects have been arrested for the illegal possession of cannabis in the Embilipitiyana area in Thanamalwila.
The arrests were made during a raid carried out by officers from the Special Task Force (STF) camp in Buttala while 18 kilograms of cannabis were seized.
The arrested suspects have been handed over to the Thanamalwila Police for onward action, the STF said.
