Ron Kaufman arrives in Sri Lanka

World renowned service guru, Ron Kaufman arrived in Sri Lanka today (16).  

He will be conducting a knowledge forum on the 18 and 19 of July, which will be organized by the Sri Lanka Institute of Management (SLIM).  

Ron Kaufman is a book author, columnist, management consultant, keynote speaker, and the founder of the customer service training company, ‘ UP! Your Service’.

The National Speakers Association named Kaufman an award-winning speaker in their July/August 2009 issue of Speaker magazine in its “Top 25 Who’s Hot.”

Also in 2009, Kaufman earned the Spirit of Enterprise Award in Singapore, while in 2016, the Asia Professional Speakers Association awarded Kaufman the inaugural “Lifetime Achievement Award”.

Kaufman is a professional member of the Author’s Guild, Global Speakers Federation, and the Association of Learning Providers.

He is also a founding member of Asia Professional Speakers Singapore.
