Missing persons office violates constitution - Mahinda

Former president Mahinda Rajapakse stated that the chairman of the ministerial commission appointed to over look provincial council elections has completed his job well. 

The statements were brought out by Rajapakse after paying homage to Temple of the Tooth in Kandy, yesterday (22). 

Furthermore, Rajapakse added that the act regarding the setting up of the missing persons office, violates the terms in the national constitution.
