Anti-SAITM protest march to reach Colombo today

The five day anti-SAITM protest march organized by the Inter-University Students’ Action Committee will be reaching Colombo today (04).

Upon an inquiry made by Ada Derana, the Acting Convener of the Committee, Sanath Bandara stated that the group had yesterday (03) started their journey from Nittambuwa and arrived at Kadawatha in the evening.

Accordingly, they will be recommencing their journey from Kadawatha today (04) morning, and arriving in Colombo in the evening.

The protest march originated from Peradeniya on Monday (31), and will be drawing to a close upon arrival in Colombo today (04).
