Fire breaks out at fuel station in Kalagedihena

A fire has reportedly broken out at a fuel station located in Kalagedihena, Nittambuwa on the Colombo – Kandy main road.

A fuel bowser parked at the fuel station has also caught fire, according to Ada Derana reporter. 

This has resulted in severe traffic congestion on the Colombo - Kandy main road in the Kalagedihena area. 

(UPDATE) 3.07pm – The fuel station and the bowser have both been destroyed by the fire.
