Accordingly development programs will be implemented in Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, Batticaloa, Galle, Mullaitivu, Puttalam, Monaragala, Ratnapura, Kalutara and Matale.

The proposed projects will include the construction of bridges and bi-roads, provision of purified drinking water and the development of the rural administration within specified regions.
