CEB employees to protest tomorrow

September 20, 2017   09:41 am

A massive protest will be staged tomorrow (21) if the government fails to address their issues before 12 noon today (20), announced the Ceylon Electricity Board Employees’ Union (CEBEU).

The government should take up the responsibility of any inconvenience caused to public due to the trade union action, the CEBEU said.

“We hope to win this battle without causing injustice to any CEB employee,” the CEBEU added.
