Free SLTB and Expressway bus rides for train season ticket holders

Facilities have been provided for passengers possessing train season tickets to travel in SLTB buses free of charge, said Transport Deputy Minister Ashoka Abeysinghe.
Meanwhile the passengers bearing train season tickets will be permitted to travel in Highway Luxury buses as well, The Deputy Minister added.
He made this statement when contacted by Ada Derana questioning about the concessions provided by the Ministry to ease the inconvenience faced by passengers due to the ongoing train strike.
