Ranjan appointed as the new organizer for Gampaha

Deputy Minister of Social Empowerment, Welfare and Kandyan Heritage Ranjan Ramanayake has been appointed as the UNP Organizer for Gampaha electorate, confirmed UNP Secretary Kabir Hashim.

Speaking to Ada Derana this morning, the Deputy Minister said that he will be appointed as the new organizer for Gampaha electorate today (1).

While making a special statement to Ada Derana, the Deputy Minister said that although the appointment was made yesterday(31)The UNP Secretary informed him that he will receive the appointment letter today (1).

Deputy Minister Ranjan Ramanayake was removed from his position as the UNP Organizer for the Divulapitiya electorate on October 30.

Former Western Provincial Council member Dr. Kithsiri Manchanayakke was appointed to the post replacing Ramanayake.
