72961 voters registered from Mullaitivu

72961 residents of Mullaitivu have been registered as voters for the upcoming Local Government elections.
The 7261 voters will chose 41 representatives for the Pudukuduirippu, Karadiyanpathu, Thunukai and Manthai east provincial councils.
Accordingly 33867 will vote to appoint 12 representatives to the Pudukuduirippu provincial council, 26773 will vote to appoint 13 representatives to the Karadiyanpathu provincial council, 7137 will vote to appoint 8 representatives to the Thunkai provincial council and 5184 will vote to appoint 8 members to the Manthai east provincial council.
Furthermore 22 representatives will be elected as bonus members from the Mullaitivu district.
