‘Yahapalanaya’ politicians have violated election laws – Namal

MP Namal Rajapaksa stated that certain members of the ‘yahapalanaya’ government have blatantly disregarded the election laws put in place by the police and the elections commission. 

Speaking to the media at a press conference in Hambantota, Namal Rajapaksa stated that several politicians from the government in Hambantota and other areas of the country have violated election laws with no repercussions from the relevant authorities. 

Namal Rajapaksa further stated that several politicians from Hambantota have attempted to bribe the people by providing Rs.250 to residents of the area in a vain attempt to gain their favour.
