CCTV: Woman getting phone repaired steals new phone from store

CCTV footage of a mobile phone store has captured a woman stealing a brand new mobile after coming into the shop to repair an old phone.

A woman had entered the said shop to repair her old phone and while the shop keeper was away repairing it, she could be seen attempting to steal products on display at the store.

After several attempts, the woman manages to steal a mobile phone on the shelf while the shop keeper was processing her payment.

However, no information on the relevant woman has been revealed yet and the store owner has filed a complaint at the Weligama police station.
