Two dead in a clash between two groups in Hanwella

Two persons have been reported dead following a clash between two groups at Jalthara in Hanwella today (28).
A 22-year-old youth was hacked to death by a group of individuals while the youth was engaged in sports at a ground in the area at around 6.00 p.m. this evening.
Following the murder, a rival group associated with the victim had reportedly murdered one of the suspects in the murder in retaliation.
It has been confirmed that both deceased are residents of Jalthara.
Hanwella Police is conducting further investigations into the killings.
