New PM to assume duties today

Newly appointed Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa is slated to assume office today (29).

Parliamentarian Udaya Gammanpila stated that assuming Prime Ministerial duties will take place at the Prime Minister’s Office.

The new Cabinet of Ministers will also be sworn in today, says MP Gammanpila.
