Charitha Herath appointed as Secretary to State Min. of Mass Media

Dr. Charitha Herath has been appointed as the Secretary to the State Minister of Mass Media and Digital Infrastructure, stated Government Information Department.
Dr. Herath has formerly served as the Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Mass Media and Information until January 2015.
He has also acted as the Chairman of the Central Environment Authority.
