New govt. and Cabinet on Monday?

The President has, reportedly, said that a new government and a new Cabinet of Ministers will be formed by next Monday (17).
MP Nishantha Muthuhettigama stated that the President Maithripala Sirisena has said this at a UPFA meeting.
Meanwhile, MP Lakshman Yapa Abeywardena stated that the President said at the UPFA meeting that, he will not govern with UNP Leader Ranil Wickremesinghe again.
