May 20th declared a public holiday

The government has declared the 20th of May (Monday) as a public holiday, says Minister of Internal & Home Affairs and Provincial Councils & Local Government Wajira Abeywardana.

The Minister said this decision was taken in view of the Vesak holidays falling on this weekend.
