Any threat to Sri Lanka is a threat to India - High Commissioner

Any threat to Sri Lanka is seen as a threat to India, says High Commissioner of India to Sri Lanka Taranjit Singh Sandhu.

Addressing the media at Sri Dalada Maligawa in Kandy, the High Commissioner said India stands firmly and strongly with Sri Lanka in the aftermath of the attacks on April 21st in which many innocent lives were lost including 11 Indian nationals.

“We will fight this jihadist ideology and jihadist terror together, shoulder to shoulder with you,” stated Indian High Commissioner, assuring India’s support for Sri Lank
