Acting IGP calls for CID report on 6 cases including Thajudeen, Lasantha murders

The Acting Inspector General of Police (IGP) has directed the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) to submit a full report on six high profile cases.

The cases include the murders of former Sri Lankan Rugby player Wasim Thajudeen and journalist Lasantha Wickramatunga.
