Separate terminal at BIA for passengers from China

A separate exit terminal has been set up at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) for passengers arriving from China.

The terminal has been set up with precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, stated the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).

Further, all airport staff members who come in contact with passengers have been instructed to wear face masks and take other precautionary measures, stated the CAA Chairman Major General (Rtd.) G.A. Chandrasiri.
