Navy assists in dousing fire in Wattala liquor shop

A sudden fire broke out at a liquor shop in Wattala this afternoon (13). 

However, the fire was brought under control with the assistance of the Sri Lanka Navy.

On a tip-off by the Mahabage Police, the Navy promptly sent out a fire fighting team to the location of the fire. 

The fire was extinguished with the assistance of the naval personnel the Navy fire engine and water bowsers.
