23 more coronavirus recoveries hike tally to 366

Twenty-three more patients who had been receiving treatment for coronavirus infection are reported to have completely recovered from the illness.

Accordingly, they have been discharged from their respective hospitals, stated the Ministry of Health.

The number of COVID-19 recoveries recorded in the country stands at 366 cases.

A total of 869 COVID-19 cases have been reported in the country so far.

The number of active cases currently under medical care at hospitals across the island is at 494.

Sri Lanka has reported nine fatalities from the virus.
