Four busted with over 225kg of heroin at Welisara

Four suspects have been arrested in Welisara, Ragama while in possession of 225kg 969g of heroin.
The raid was conducted by the officers of the Police Narcotics Bureau (PNB) on Wednesday, according to the police media division.
Two vehicles used by the suspects to transport the heroin haul have been taken into custody by the police.
The suspects, aged 24, 30, 50 and 55 years, are to be produced before the Colombo Magistrate’s Court today (15).
The PNB officers are probing the incident further.
