Online applications for university admission to close on June 2

The University Grants Commission (UGC) says that the accepting of online applications to state university admission for the academic year 2019/2020 will close on June 02, 2020.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation in the country, the UGC had extended the initially declared deadline for submission of online applications for university admission for the academic year 2019/2020 from 26th March 2020 until 9th April 2020.

Later it was further extended until two weeks after the schools of the country are re-opened.

However, as the situation in the country is progressively getting improved, it is hereby informed that the University Grants Commission had decided to close online applications for university admission for the academic year 2019/2020 on 02nd June 2020, the notice said.
