No COVID-19 infections reported yesterday

No novel coronavirus infections have been reported from the country yesterday (20), according to the Epidemiology Unit of the Health Ministry.

The total number of COVID-19 positive cases recorded in the country stands at 1,950.

Among them, 467 are active cases and are under medical care at selected hospitals across the country.

The tally of recoveries in the country hiked to 1,472 as a total of 26 more patients regained health and were discharged from medical care, yesterday.

Sri Lanka has witnessed 11 deaths from the virus so far.
