Sajith congratulates Joe Biden on US election victory

Leader of the Opposition Sajith Premadasa has offered his congratulations to the new President-Elect of the United Stated Joe Biden through a special statement.
Democrat Joe Biden was elected the US President at the Presidential Election of the country by obtaining over 270 electoral votes, a short while ago.
Adding his wishes, Premadasa said that Biden’s platform shares the ideals and values of Samagi Jana Balavegaya such as progressive democracy, pluralist patriotism, and social equity.
Further, he has wished the President-elect and the Vice President-elect Kamala Harris success in efforts to transform the US and strive for freedom, democracy, social justice, human rights, and individual liberty in the world.
