Former Minister T. B. Ekanayake passes away

Former Minister T. B. Ekanayake has passed away at the age of 67 years, family sources told Ada Derana.

Ekanayake had held several positions in the government as a minister and member of the parliament.

He had severed as the Deputy Minister of Cultural Affairs, Minister and Deputy Minister of Highways, and the Deputy Minister of Education during his political career.
