Bandu Samarasinghe not appointed Consul General in Milan - Foreign Ministry

Veteran actor Bandu Samarasinghe will not be appointed the Consul General in Milan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs categorically stated today (April 16).

The ministry conveyed this in a statement issued in response to the reports circulated on the matter.

“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs wishes to categorically state that Mr. Bandu Samarasinghe will not be appointed the Consul General in Milan,” the brief statement said.
