Road in front of Health Ministry blocked by protest

The road in front of the Ministry of Health in Maradana has been blocked by protesters, says the Ada Derana correspondent.
According to reports, the demonstration has interrupted the vehicular movement along the road.
In another development, it was reported that a protest staged on the Colombo-Kandy main road has caused traffic congestion.
It was organized by the employees of export processing zones in Wathupitiwala and Malwatta.
They are urging the incumbent government to step down immediately.
