Showers or thundershowers in several areas today

Showers or thundershowers may occur at a few places in Uva province and in Matara, Hambanthota, Ampara and Jaffna districts during the afternoon or night.

Mainly fair weather will prevail elsewhere in the country.

Misty condition can be expected in Western, Sabaragamuwa and Central provinces and in Galle and Matara districts during the morning.
