31-year-old hacked to death with sharp weapons

A 31-year-old has been hacked to death with sharp weapons in the Lunugamwehera area on Thursday (28).

The victim, who sustained critical injuries during the attack, was pronounced dead upon admission to the hospital.

Preliminary police investigations have uncovered that the crime was committed over a personal dispute.

Police have arrested a suspect in relation to the incident, Ada Derana reporter said.
