Rohana Lakshman appointed Acting SLFP Chairman

Prof. Rohana Lakshman Piyadasa has been appointed as the Acting Chairman of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP), says the spokesperson of the party, Weerakumara Dissanayake.

This appointment will be in effect until the end of the Presidential Election 2019, he added.

Prof. Piyadasa serves as the senior Deputy Chairman of the SLFP.
