Sri Lanka-Bangladesh first ODI at Premadasa

Sri Lanka will take on Bangladesh in the opening One Day International of the three-match series at the R. Premadasa International Cricket Stadium in Colombo this afternoon.

The game is scheduled to get underway at 2:30 p.m.

Sri Lanka will be led by Charith Asalanka while the visitors will be captained by Mehidy Hasan Miraz.

The Lankans have won 43 of the previous 57 ODIs played with Bangladesh and enter this series as strong favorites.

Sri Lanka also won the recently concluded two-match Test series between the teams 1-0 after claiming an innings victory over the visitors at the SSC on Saturday.
