2016 SAG: Nimali Liyanarachchi wins gold in 800m

Sri Lanka’s Nimali Liyanarachchi wins gold medal in women’s 800 meters finals at the 12th South Asian Games in India.
Sri Lanka currently sits at second place in the overall gold medals tally with 12 while India has won 61 gold medals.
Sri Lanka has 30 silver medals and 24 bronze medals so far.
