ICC recognizes Thilanga as SLC chief

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has recognized and allowed the SLC President Thilanga Sumathipala to represent Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) at the ICC board meeting held in Dubai.
The ICC Board held its second meeting of 2016 at the ICC Headquarters in Dubai on 24 April.
