VIDEO: EU forced to suspend GSP+ due to key HR - Miliband

The European Union wants to have an open and engaged trading relationship with Sri Lankabut we were forced to suspend the GSP plus provision because of the absence of key human rights raised by the EU Commission, British Foreign Secretary David Miliband has said in a special statement on Sri Lanka.
He added that he hoped that in this period the Sri Lankan Government would urgently address them.
Miliband said this in a special video released by the UK Foreign Office outlining his view of the priorities for Sri Lanka in the coming months
