Angelo Mathews and Lahiru Gamage return from West Indies

Angelo Mathews, who went on tour with the national team for West Indies will be returning back to the country, due to a personal reason, Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) announced today.

Meanwhile, bowler Lahiru Gamage, who suffered an injury (fractured finger), while batting in the first test match also returns back. Both players will arrive today, the statement said.

Dasun Shanaka and Danushka Gunathilaka will go in as replacements. The duo will leave the country tonight.

West Indies beat Sri Lanka by 226 runs Sunday in the first cricket test while the second of three tests starts Thursday at Gros Islet.
