Initial steps to be taken to change the present Electoral system have been finalised, SLFP General Secretary Maithripala Sirisena speaking to Ada Derana said today. He added that the Government had received a hundred percent mandate from the people to do so.
Sirisena further added that after which the main objective of the Government would be the 2010 budget.
