Sri Lanka beat Scotland in rain affected 2nd ODI

Sri Lanka beat Scotland by 35 runs (D/L method) at the Grange, Edinburgh in the 2nd ODI of the two-match series.
Put in to bat first, Sri Lanka scored 322-8 with Avishka Fernando 74, Dimuth Karunaratne 77, Kusal Mendis 66 and Lahiru Thirimanne 44* the main run getters and Brad Wheal 3-49 and Safyaan Sharif 2-76 the pick of the bowlers for Scotland.
In a rain interrupted reply, Scotland scored 199, losing by 35 runs (D/L), with Matthew Cross 55 and George Munsey 61top scoring and Nuwan Pradeep 4-34 and Suranga Lakmal 2-55, the main wicket takers for Sri Lanka.
The first game was abandoned due to rain, without a ball being bowled.
The two-match ODI series served as a final preparation for Sri Lanka ahead of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019.
